If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or a customer was not home for the delivery, DHL will attempt to return the order to Kimz. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs as well as the re-delivery cost. Kimz hair is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer and no refunds will be issued if any parts of the address are incorrect.
We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipping. Due to popularity & demand for our products, some products may not be immediately available. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will ask approval and send out all available items and alert you once there is restock. Also try to sign up for waiting lists of your favourite items.
After your order is submitted, we cannot cancel it because we try our best to process and ship the orders out as fast as we can. If you would like to add some products you may start a new ordering process on our website. Please be careful when selecting your items.
Although unlikely, If you receive any items damaged, please send a photo of the damaged item along with your order number to info@kimz.co.tz   with the subject line: ITEM DAMAGED. This should be submitted within 5 days of receiving your order so it is easier to investigate. Cases reported after this time frame will not be eligible for review.
If you fail or  refuse to pay import tax & duties that may be applied to your order, DHL will attempt to return your order to KIMZ. Please note that we do not issue refunds on such returns. Also  note that some countries may not allow your order to be returned for failure to pay tax & duties in Please check whether local taxes and duties will be applied to you before placing an order.  
All orders are shipped from Dar-es-salaam ,Tanzania. Please note that international orders may be subjected to additional tax & duties applied by your local customs office. We highly recommend that you check whether local tax or duties may be applied to your order before making any purchases from our website. Tax & duties may be calculated against the order value prior to any discount or sale prices being applied. If there are additional charges to be made, DHL will contact you for payment before or upon delivery.
No, we use a courier service for airmail and they use physical addresses as delivery addresses. For ground shipping to neighboring countries  (Kenya,Uganda,Rwanda,Malawi,Burundi,Congo,Zambia & Zimbabwe)  , all orders will be physically collected by customers from the respective bus companies/ Bus terminals, you will receive an email with all pick up/tracking details.
  • soon as you submit your order you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
  • soon as your order is processed you will receive your tracking number by email. Processing time is anywhere from the same day for orders made before 2pm EST (Monday to Friday ) to 48 hrs maximum on busy seasons. Orders made during the weekend & on holidays will be processed the next working day latest.
  • We do not have tracking numbers for ground shipping (all regions in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, D.R.C Congo, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe) instead you will receive an email with the package ticket number and bus contact details and office address with which you will present to the bus company for order pick up at their respective offices.
If you don’t receive your tracking information, please check your junk mail. If still not seen please contact : info@kimz.co.tz with subject “ TRACKING NUMBER  NOT RECEIVED “  
  •  We use DHL couriers for express shipping to other parts of the world from Tanzania and it takes 3-4 working days.
  • After you place an order, we have to process it, it takes anywhere between 3 hours to 48hours maximum on a busy season or on sales. Please do not count processing time as part of shipping.
  • For  ground shipping on  orders to East Africa & neighboring countries (Kenya, Uganda , Rwanda, Burundi, Zambia ,Zimbabwe ,Malawi, D.R.C )it  may take 1-4 days maximum depending on the country. All orders to these countries (except to Kenya & Uganda) will be shipped daily except Mondays. All orders to these countries made on Sunday and Monday will be shipped on Tuesdays. Kenya and Uganda ground shipping will be daily .
   
All orders will be shipped from Dar-es-salaam Tanzania.
