- soon as you submit your order you will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes.
- soon as your order is processed you will receive your tracking number by email. Processing time is anywhere from the same day for orders made before 2pm EST (Monday to Friday ) to 48 hrs maximum on busy seasons. Orders made during the weekend & on holidays will be processed the next working day latest.
- We do not have tracking numbers for ground shipping (all regions in Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, D.R.C Congo, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe) instead you will receive an email with the package ticket number and bus contact details and office address with which you will present to the bus company for order pick up at their respective offices.
