- We use DHL couriers for express shipping to other parts of the world from Tanzania and it takes 3-4 working days.
- After you place an order, we have to process it, it takes anywhere between 3 hours to 48hours maximum on a busy season or on sales. Please do not count processing time as part of shipping.
- For ground shipping on orders to East Africa & neighboring countries (Kenya, Uganda , Rwanda, Burundi, Zambia ,Zimbabwe ,Malawi, D.R.C )it may take 1-4 days maximum depending on the country. All orders to these countries (except to Kenya & Uganda) will be shipped daily except Mondays. All orders to these countries made on Sunday and Monday will be shipped on Tuesdays. Kenya and Uganda ground shipping will be daily .
